Help! Something is wrong with my PSP!?

Question

The PSP won't charge it's battery. Everytime I plug it in the light doesn't come on and the battery doesn't say it's status is Charging. It's not the plug in, because I've used 3 different charging plug ins, 2 from the car, and 1 from the wall plug in. You could say it's the battery that's gone bad but it let me play the PSP for 10 minutes before it ran out of power. It just won't charge. Should I buy a new battery?

If you have a battrey shop near you don't laugh we do they can check it. If not drop the dough on a new battery.

yup, the problem is a fried battery.
