how do I recover my favorites if someone deleted them from the favorites file?

My daughter claims it is from a ad aware company and they deleted it when they cleaned our computer of files. Not sure about that , but please let me know if there is a way.

I have adaware and it's never deleted my favorites. All it does is remove spyware and other potentially harmful files. I don't know how you'd recover your favorites.
