how do you make tatoo style t-shirts at home?

there are lots of stores that you can bring in a design and get it printed on a t-shirt.
you can also buy printer paper that you can iron into shirts. it's relatively cheap and really easy to use. you can get it at any stationary stores.

The large office supply chains sometimes have iron-on transfers that can run through your computer's printer. I'm not sure of the quality but you can do your disign and test it out on a t-shirt.

stencils, or hand painting

Unless you have money you can get a screen printer. those are cool.
