How do you laminate fabric, for example to make bibs, diaperbags, lunch bags, ect. to make them easy to wash off.

Yes, the previous person is right... one of the products you can buy at a fabric store for doing that is Thermo Web's Iron-On Vinyl:

You can't do it but if you go to your local fabric retailer they have al kinds of fabric that is washable/waterproof.
It is a special process to apply the waterproof lamination and if you coated the material it would not stick. You could buy a clear plastic or vinyl and cover the fabric. But fabric stores carry what you're looking for.

Ask at your local fabric store. I think I've heard about an iron on product you can use to give a waterproof finish.
You can also buy a premade waterproof fabric to line your project.

I'm guessing do it like you would with a peice of paper....that is a very interesting question....were in the world would you come up with something like that?
