Is anyone else experiencing really warm weather where they live? I live in VA and it hasn't snowed yet, which is really strange for January. Is it global warming?

I was gonna ask a question similar to this: but now I get to answer one,... thanks!
YES, the weather is unusual and it has been here in New England since August.Mostly its been about 10-15 degrees warmer than it usually is,... not much but enough to make ya think about it,that's for sure! As I write this(sun night),its raining and low 40's here. On a typical winter eve in this part of the country,it'd be 30's max temp during the day and cooler at night usually 20's.Alberta clippers come through from Canada, and make it verrry c-c-c-cold,... beyond frigid this time of yr. About now,... there is a thaw but we've had no freeze. The other day I was in my garden, and the ground is all squishy, not frozen. If there is no(or a smaller) cold air mass to push the pacific rim Jet south into the Midwest of the US,... it'll just sail straight across the US in a straight line rather than in an s-curve dip.
Believe what you want:
All I know is that as a middle-aged male;I've seen the temp go from rock-solid steady, to having 30-40-even 50 degree temperature gradient not uncommon. When I was a kid,.... the temp would change maybe 3-5 degrees from day to day.We also used to have changes of season called Spring & Fall.
Natural or man invoked: the Earth is getting warmer.

is this why Georgia and North Carolina are out of water? Or is it because the worlds crap is contaminating the oceans and they are death-wait it truly is because the 5 million a lot of AA batteries dumped into united statessoil that causes an infection of the water. Why are people so ignorant to be sure authentic data and base it on some climate issues. The earth won't be able to substain with 4 billion too a lot of people on it- seem at Africa no water the position will the Muslims flow to? 70% of Africa are Muslims and the 250 million there favor water to stay the position are they going?

I was just in VA for the holidays and it was unusually warm.

In TN, it was in the 65-70 degree range at the same time.

I do think it has to do with global warming, because the weather keeps getting more strange each year.

Hi. It is more properly called Climate Change (CC). In VA probably not, but the atmospheric steering currents are being disturbed. This will cause local areas of warming and cooling. VA's weather is more influenced by the jet stream.

I've been noticing changes since 1993. I've been in RI then PA then OK and now ME with freak flooding in the latter three. Yeah, we have big issues with global warming. Too bad people are more concerned with hording oil unnecessarily. Good thing that they're options available for one person to actually make a difference.

it is a cycle.
just because seemingly strange weather changes occur during your lifetime, doesn't mean it is not a part of a cycle of change spread over hundreds of years.
if you compare what happening now with what's happened before you should see its a part of a large naturally occurring cycle of change.

but what i have stated is not alarming or sexy, so i will no doubt get a thumbs down or two.

here is just one of many bits of info i have found.....a good read
