Most go-ped's have a 36 month warranty... Take it in and have them look at it.

List to check.
Gas
Air
Plug or wire
mag or coil
Oil in engine
If you can't figure which is Not working with the other you need a tech or mechanic...

Hope you get it going...

Remove and inspect the spark plug. If it's black, install a new one or clean and gap it at .025" If you do clean, it will not last as long as a new one. While you have the plug out, put the wire on it and crank it over and watch for a spark. The spark should be blue and not red. If you have no fire, then check the points and condenser if it has them. Replace if necessary and gap the point as per owners manual. If there is good fire, take the air cleaner loose and spray a little starting fluid in the carb and try to start. It should hit and may or may not continue to run. If it hits and doesn't run, you have a fuel problem, water in the gasoline, a blocked fuel line or a stopped up filter or screen. Check and clean or replace as necessary.

Go-peds use weed whacker engines. After a year of running it most likely needs a top end rebuild (cylinder, piston & rings). When you pull start it, does it feel like it has good compression (strong resistance and you can here the exaust poping) or does it feel limp like a baseball card rubbing on the spokes of a bicycle?
If it fells limp, then it needs the engine rebuilt.
Other possibilities - fouled spark plug or the carb needs to be cleaned.

Go-ped's are crap and unreliable just like mini motos and all the other spin offs, my advice sell it and buy a crosser, its the only way.
