All these names are good above, but chose a name the child can live up to. Victoria, Elizabeth, Gwethen, are great names and very stately. You might want to look up European names more than American names for elegance. (No offense to anyone)

Victoria is more of a regal name. Very classy.
I think names that sound most elegant are ones that are graceful/romantic. Names that roll off the tongue easily, and in soft sounds...this is what makes them sound elegant.

Victoria is very elegant in my opinion. If you were looking for other options I think that Elizabeth and Casandra are both very elegant names as well.

Sophia is an elegant name, as long as it isn't shortened to Sophie. I also agree with Elizabeth. Another elegant name is Evangeline, not as common as the others either.
