not really alot of people say the have reverse look up capablities for cellphones as well but they make you pay i have never tried it myself b/c im too cheap however its pretty hard to get info on mobile especially because alot of them to dont even need to give any information for you just pay them straight cash if its one of those even the police have trouble identifyign it sometimes

Well my friend was getting calls from a blocked number and she contacted her phone service provider, and they said they would find out who it was because they were harassing her. It took a few weeks but she got the information in the mail. It just had the persons name. If you just found a phone and want to give it back to the person I would just call someone in the phone and tell them you found it.
