I work for a General Moters and Jag dealership. When the ask for service and you ask is it general moters or Jag they either say I dunno or pontiac. (come on people dont you know if you own a jag .... jeez louise)
Second fav when you answre the phone and the person on the other end is burping or singing to the hold music or yelling at somebody or ask if somebody called them from this number. Like I have ESP... trust me I wouldnt be working here.
