The picture was Orson with Monique, and the teeth must be Monique's - or at least we're supposed to assume they are. But Orson is a dentist, so maybe they are just random teeth that he's pulled over the years - I doubt it, though.
We are supposed to believe now that Alma killed Monique, but maybe it was Orson or Orson's mother, and Alma stole the teeth as a weapon against the murderer.

MONIQUE's teeth. I think she'll alert Orson and Bree will think that Alma killed Monique. Remember at the morgue, the detective or coroner stated all the dead woman's teeth had been extracted.
