I have my backhand spring, but when ever someone presures me to throw it, I freak out and bomb. Any ideas?

I had the same problem with free throws in basketball (just incase you didnt know). What helped was invisioning in my mind the ball going in before i even shot it. So next time you do that, before you even start envision yourself doing it with perfect form. Envision each move done perfectly, ignore everything else.
