From World War One and before, what was a group that was against imperialism besides the anti-imperialist league? It can be anything from a country to a group of farmers, politicians, ect. Any ideas?

Native Americans and Philipinos were against American imperialism.
Uzbeks and Tadjiks were against Russian imperialism.
Algerians were against French imperialism.
Indians, Boers and Maori were against British imperialism.
Bosnians were against Austrian imperialism.
Ethiopians and Libyans were against Italian imperialism.
Chinese were against the imperialism of Russia, Britain, France, Germany, Japan, and anyone else who wanted a piece of China.

These are a few that I can think of from the half century before world war one.
