Actually, if you'll go to a large hardware store they usually have a series of magnets in varying sizes on a display rack. I don't recall the name of the company that provides these displays, but the packaging is blue and white. They have several shapes and sizes, including discs, on each rack - and they are very cheap.

I've purchased magnets at Micheal's Craft Store, Crafts 2000, and Wal-Mart.
Some time ago, I saw that Oriental Trading Company also had magnets available on their website. HTH!

Any large craft store carries them. They usually come in a bag of mixed sizes. If you don't absolutely have to have them round, you can also get them on long strips that you can cut to the size you want.

Radio Shack is another good source for small magnets, individually sold.
And if you're looking for *very strong* small magnets, look online for "rare earth magnets" or you may be able to find them locally.
