Biomedical Engineering and Music Performance at either Yale, Rutgers or Boston University. She got a 2300 on her SAT's and she has a 4.8 gpa (ap classes) and she's only 16 graduating as the valedictorian of her class with a 4 yr scholarship to any college in America

I think she should choose Yale over Ritgers or U.

Yale would not give her a scholarship, because it is so prestigious, it does not need to give free money to lure in students. Also, I'm not sure what your question is.
