Awrite, last time I installed this and it worked fine until the welcome screen came up and told me a new patch was out. So I installed it and then the game stopped working.
I uninstalled the game and just reinstalled it and am wondering do I need any additional patches for it to work or can I just join in and play MP? Also, if I need more patches do I need to install all of the rest of the patches before I install the latest patch?
A n00b question I know!!! Answers needed!!!

All you need is the 1.41 patch (around 530MB), it has to be LEGAL copy, illegals won't work, if that doesn't work try forwarding these ports on the router

If you run Dual core try Alt+tabbing out Bring up Task manager, go to processes, right click BF2 and set Affinity and unclick second CPU
