Bill Hicks. Definitely offensive, but his bit about Easter was a riot. Too bad he is still dead.
Of the two you asked about, Bill Engvall is better in my opinion.

there is Zach Galifianakis, yet we in effortless words watched about a minute of it, because the first comic tale replaced into not a good one, yet i do not recognize. per chance he's nice. i am going to observe it and enable ya recognize. i am going to discover some later for ya, yet seeing as the way it truly is, ah, 2:38 AM, i'd want to flow to mattress quickly.
