Don't know wher you might watch it except on a late run of FOX somewhere. Check your local listings - prpbably after 1am but not sure.
How is this for a summary:
The president's brother is now president and Jack was released from the Chinese prison after 2 years so that he could be used for bait to pay off a terrorist (Fayed) who would give them information on the location of another terrorist (Assad). Lots of bombings, etc. BUT, Jack escaped and found the targeted terrorist and is taking him away from the scene as he wanted to learn about proper politics. Fayed just strapped a bom onto Nasir and sent him out to do a bombing. Jack is working with Asaad to find Fayed but feels that he doesn't remember how to fight the bad guys anymore. Chloe is working to ensure that Jack stays safe by hiding some survelance video that she has prior to the bombing of a house that Assad was to be in. The bad guys are sending the bomb into the subway. Jack got on with the bomber and after a short fight, pushed the bomber out of the subway car - boom - bomber is all gone. The president knows now that Jack Bauer was right again. The end of the two hour episode summed up.

You can't.. Sorry.. Or at least it doesn't come on TV again that I know of.. I already checked cause I missed the first 15 minutes.. I called a friend who I knew recorded it..
You might want to check the website to see if their showing it though..

2. go to the show's or network's site and see if they run online episodes, such as they do with monk...
