I know but the United States is not the only country with a Bill of Rights. Canada, UK, New Zealand has one. Why not kangaroo land?!?

England sent their criminals and ex-cons there. They didn't think criminals deserved rights.

Its part of the body of their Constitution. Ours were added after the Constitution as a compromise between the Founding Fathers.

erhm sorry but where does the UK have its bill of rights, we dont even have a constitution............

As Australia was a sovereignty of the UK then I would imagine that its due to the same reason.
