How do I use my Maxtor OneTouch?

I have it hooked up and everything..but when I go to copy files..its says that the Retrospect backup software is not installed. And I don't know how to install it. Help Me Please!!..lol

Insert the provided CD and install from there; it gives you an option whether to install just the drivers or drivers+retrospect. But to answer your question, simply install it from the CD.

are u serious is says it on the box, maxtor ONE TOUCH<<<===yeaa touch it ONCE
