I think this one by Marquez is more readable than his "100 Years of Solitude", I know you need to concentrate on what you're reading since he narrated powerfully with long phrases and enigmatic words. However, it's my own reaction while reading but, let me assure you, you'd find some beautiful, romantic scenes between the hero with the young girl he definitely loved, then she got married and he kept waiting for some 50 years till her husband passed away, then he returned to his old flame and they initiated their great love once again. Amazing.
