I'm 33 weeks pregnant and I have a massive sinus infection and I was informed I could take tylenol for my sinus headaches. Currently I have an almost blinding sinus headache but I took two tylenol already this afternoon. Would it be okay to take another two tonight? Thank you!

Read the instructions and go by the label. Even with okay drugs you do not want to overdose. Usually I think it is every 6-8 hours. I don't know if it has an exceeding dosage or not but if it does follow them.

I think that you can take 2 every 4 hours. Just read the label and you will be fine. It is only bad to take more than the recommended dose, like 3 or 4 tablets at a time. When I was pregnant I had terrible tendinitis in my wrist and took Tylenol the entire time and my son is perfect. Don't worry and do what you can to feel better since your options are limited!

I had severe migraines while I was pregnant and my mid wife told me I could take up to 6 extra strength Tylenol a day but no more that that. A good thing to do for headaches while you are pregnant is to drink a can of ice cold coca cola with your Tylenol. I do not drink soda, but it really works.

Yes it is fine,tylenol is safe during pregnancy..As long as u dont take 6 in a 24 hour period u will be ok..

my doc said that i could take mostly anything as long as it didnt have any kind of alcohol in it. i had a bad sinus infection a week ago and the doc told me i could take benadryl. you can also look up baby web sites. you should be able to look up different medications on there and what you can and cant take.

the doc said all i could take was tylenol. you can take a normal dose like every 6 hours. no worries.

tylenol is the safest thing to take and as long as you wait till the first dose wears off you will be fine.
