Did yall see after they lost how mad he was, that shows how much he cares about the game, and not the money like most of these players, He will be the best of all time.

LT could end up being the best of all time if he plays this well for 3 or 4 more years but right now its gotta be Emmitt Smith, all time rushing leader, 3 or 4 superbowls, what more could you ask for? also a great classy guy...

But yes I agree that its good to see players who love the game instead of the money, but I have to add he was pissed about the classless patriot players too

I think LT’s anger, was not due to the loss, but because he didn’t like winning players celebrating on HIS HOME FIELD.
If the situation were reversed and SD beat NE in NE, would he wait until he got back to SD to celebrate.
I DON”T THINK SO.
But I won’t hold it against him.
BEST OF ALL TIME?
You haven't been here and you won't be here for ALL TIME.
You haven't and you NEVER will see every running back that has ever played the game.
You will NEVER know who the BEST OF ALL TIME IS.
Yeah, Barry Sanders was an excellent RB for his time, as ALL the OTHERs that are considered BEST OF ALL TIME, were and are excellent RBs for THEIR TIME; LT being one of them.
Sanders wasn't the ONLY RB that didn't celebrate after scoring a TD.
Most RBs prior to the 80's didn't celebrate their scoring.
If my memory serves me correctly, most so-called skill players prior to the 80's, when they scored, handed or tossed the ball to the ref.
Then some started throwing the ball hard to the ground.
Then some started doing that in front of the man they scored against.
I don’t know who started the other stuff.
Players started doing all kinds of weird stuff to celebrate a score to the point that it is today that some are penalized for excessive celebration.
I think that had to be done.
Spur of the moment emotion to a degree, is understandable.
Planned celebration after a score;
Yeah, that’s excessive.
Anger after a loss seems more like sour grapes.
Keep your head up LT.
Iain’t mad atcha.
As for the money; professional football is a business. Every employee tries to get the most pay that they can for the job that they do.
Those who generate more should receive more.
The argument shouldn’t be should they or do they deserve or should they receiver more; rather it should be, if and when they screw up, will they give some of it back?
If every player had to pay for their mistakes such as, dropped passes, fumbles, INTs, missed field goals, extra points, missed tackles, missed blocks, causing penalties, etc. what would happen to the pay scale then?
You think there is greed now?
How much more do you think some will start asking for to offset those docks?

Tomlinson will be ONE of the greats, but even Emmitt Smith and Tomlinson say that Walter Payton was, and is, the best of all time. Tomlinson did an interview the other day where he explained how he has done everything he can- even build a dirt mountain behind his house- to be like Payton. The man was setting records and inventing new and creative moves to get the job done for a crappy Bears team that didn't have the talent he had. Payton was dominant would have set more records had he not been forced to retire young.

Side note: LT was NOT being a poor sport, but reacting to the poor sportsmanship of the Patriot players who chose to disrespect the Chargers by dancing on the Chargers logo at mid-field.

I am a big Pats fan and I will say he is a great runningback. Can the Chargers win the Super Bowl. With out a doubt. I am just not satisfied with Rivers.

He's a poor sport loser.

He destroyed his reputation by his actions at the end of today's game.
