How do u setup the wep connection for the psp and what is the key?

You can find the key number on your wireless router.

If you do not have a wireless router in your house then you are trying to use a secure wifi band. Are you in a hotspot or do you have wireless router in your house.

If you are in your house and your wireles has security then you can get the settings from your computer if not try to find an unsecure band.

Try using scan to detect and make sure your wlan switch on the psp is in the on position(up)
