I think I did hear about this on the news. I can't find the article on the post gazette site. It makes me sick how police get away with the things they do. Pittsburgh has many good police but the bad ones give them a very bad reputation.
It still makes me sick when I drive past where Johnny Gammage, cousin of a steeler, got killed by the police in '95 and they got away with it.
Would Tim Stevens or whoever is the head of the NAACP be able to help?
