Armorers make them there for around $100-300
you can also purchase them on different website
also try ebay some people sell medieval things there

If you mean like a knight's shield to use with a sword, they are often available at Renaissance faires.

You can try someplace like http://www.armor.com/, but you'll pay a lot of money. So, it depends on your budget. You can check with the SCA at http://www.sca.org/, but they do a lot of hokey armor (mostly for practice and mock battles), so you'll have to filter that to get to recommended sources or perhaps some directions for making your own real/semi-real armor. You can possibly get something useful at Renaissance Faires.
