WITCH HUNTER ROBIN has anyone seen cels from this anime or was it computer generated?

The show was computer animated, as are just about every anime now days and in the last few years, so as it seems t here really aren't any cells to obtain. Upon research it seems the only cells available are 2 mini cells that come with the box set if you were to buy the US boxed set release.
