I'm applying to an important acting/modeling agency and I need to include a headshot. Since one of their guidelines for headshots is appeal to teen/college guys/young men (up to 20's probably), I was wondering if you could help me out. Here are 3 possible headshots. Tell me which one you like best! :

The first one is the best looking by far.

the second one is too green and ruins your skin tone the first is you looking up a bit more that makes a good glam shot and the third is no smile and a bit too somber if these are the only pics then go with the first b and w one only crop it a bit and shot more of just your face. if you decide to shoot something else combine the slightly more serious look of three with the smile of on with the color or two you have great skin and a good smile just ease up a bit on that smile and don't look up quite so much in the new shot also don't wear green as it is not a good color for head shots when being looked at by someone for picking you out of a line-up of head shots. Try pale blues or soft browns good luck with that whole thing and remember to always watch your back that is a dog eat dog business that chews lots of nice people up and spits them out used and abused

The first one, I don't like ponytails and the green shirt with red hair, and the third one looks like it is from a shampoo commercial.

Definitely the last one.
The 1st one you look like you are 12.
The last one is definitely the way to go- hot, smart and in control.

The third one or the first one. The second one is great but it would get you only teenagers roles. But if i have to choose, i would say the first one.

The first one looks social, the second one looks kiddy, third one looks professional
