The largest I found so far is a 25-screen AMC in New York City. Are there any larger ones?

In South Barrington, IL there is an AMC 30.

Well...
I couldn't find a theater with more than 25 screens... but all you asked was for the LARGEST movie theater...
so technically, it's in the Orlando Science Center. Its eight-story CineDome is billed as the world's largest movie theater.

I was hanging out with a girl who brought in 2 quarts of beer, one for each I think the largest item I smuggled in was a bag from BK with 2-3 of the $1 cheeseburgers and an order of fries

In olathe ks there is 30 screen theatre called studio 30 with amc.
