hit alt+ctrl+del and it says explorer not responding ive turnd it off about 30 times it still does it y wat can i do 2 fix it thanx i need all the help i can get

I am not exactly sure what is causing the problem, but you may want to go into safe mode and retrieve as many of your important files and look at reinstalling your OS.
On a side note, ME is known to be one of the worst and buggiest operating systems known to man. Microsoft rushed it and it has been nothing but problems. I would look into something more stable like Windows 2000 or XP. They still have their problems, but nothing like ME.
