stop the meteor
earn sky blue plains
talk to ekans and do an optional mission then talk to him again and repeat this about 3 times and medicham wont be there. Get the help medicham mission from the bulletin board near the post office
then you have the wish cave
you also unlock purity forest and joyous tower after getting sky blue plains.
To get sky blue plains type in this wonder mail code in the wonder mail menu from where you click continue

Since you have completed the main story line here are the two paths to get to your desired dungeons!
Two ways to get to Purity Forest
1a) Speak with Medicham, Lobre and Whiscash to receive HM DIVE
1ab) Go and Recruit Lugia in Silver Trench
1ac) Do the Pitfall Valley story line and then you will have access to it
1b) New Friends Areas Available for Purchase
1bb) Purchase Secretive Forest
1bc) Purchase Furnace Desert
1bd) Purchase Aged Chamber AN
1be) Purchase Aged Chamber O?
1bf) Purchase Southern Island
1bg) Complete Pitfall Valley Story line
BOOM there you go for the first one now the second one!
Wish Cave
You may continue the paths to get to Purity Forest and continue here to get to wish cave by
2a) Earn Sky Blue Plains
2ab) Talk to Arbok several times and receive mission from Post Office and that is how to get to wish cave trust me it is harder then it seems just to get there and then once you are in it is hard as well!
2b) Complete Random Missions
2bb) Earn Boulder Cave
2bc) Earn Dragon Cave
2bd) Earn Sky Blue Plains and that is where you look above for the answer I gave there!
