Could you please give me a site? Even if the spacecraft isn't manned.

Three nations have launched manned space craft into orbit. The Soviet Union (now Russia), the United States, and recently China.

Nations have launched unmanned orbital satellites; The Soviet Union (now Russia), the United States, France, Japan, China, United Kingdom, European Space Agency (not really a nation though), India, and Israel.

Obviously you mean orbit. The U.S.A. has and continues to do so. The only other country to do so was the Soviet Union after stealing the plans to the shuttle. They modified it to have reentry engines unlike ours that glides in. And it was unmanned ,totally radio controlled, hence the need for jet engines after reentry.
It flew only once then was put in a museum.
I'm sorry I know of no site, I remember it when it happened.

I think you are a little confused (or perhaps just young).

The Space Shuttle, as its name suggests, is used to shuttle crew and materials to the International Space Station (ISS).

Its function is not primarily to orbit Earth, though it has to orbit in order to link up with the ISS.

All you need is to go to the NASA site. The following link takes you straight to pages about the shuttle:
