no, their voting records suggest that they are both more liberal than Hillary.
Clinton has taken moderate positions on many issues (e.g. Iraq) to position herself for a Presidential run, while Boxer and Pelosi mostly seek power within the Democratic Party, which encourages them to take positions that appeal to other liberals.
