wouldnt it get better again if israel kicks all Fateh and Hamas leaders out ,i mean all the palestinians had were rocks at that time and the jewe never ever used F16s then

If you mean to argue that the Oslo accords, which brought in the PLO which led to the strengthening of Hamas to the position they are in today is the cause of the situation both sides find themselves in, then yes, it was much better off before Oslo for both people.

Though, personally, I would point to the time before the first intifadah (i.e. 1988) when things were relatively peaceful.
