can anyone give me any ideas to get a cute prom dress or any ideas on what kind i should get?!! i'm filipino & petite, size 0/1. thanks!!! :)

If you're Filipino, you have black hair right? I always think dark-haired girls look good in red, or if your skin is a little tan, you could look really stunning in white also, or a pale pink. Since you are petite, stay away from too many ruffles or ruching, it will make you look shorter and wider. Try to find something short (not too short) and simple, maybe strapless or a halter? Maybe with some beading too, with matching earrings, that would look great. Have a great prom!

Oh my! This is fun.
If your skin is tan then I think either a rich red, or creme. I think Satin gowns are absolutely more beautiful then the typical mesh bottom.
