Their parents.

Parents should be responsible for their children and raise them normal, not just throwing toys and give-in to every whine of their kids just because they don't want to be bother or they are tired.

Parents should also make sure that their kids are in the church so that they learn all the good morals.

Proverbs 22:6
Train up a child in the way he should go: and when he is old, he will not depart from it.

The idea that wealth = worth. America rates people by how much money they have more than anything else, simply because becoming a "success" usually means earning a lot of money. We don't focus on helping others or developing ourselves intellectually and spiritually as much as we focus on owning the right clothes, etc.

Proof? Why would anyone buy a designer wallet or handbag for hundreds of dollars when they could buy a non-designer one for $20? Fashion can be an art, but not when it is a wallet exactly like every other except that it is covered with a designer's name. We buy the designer one to feel superior, or at least more accepted, not because it's practical or even looks nice.

Media, parents, etc an enforce this idea, but its the idea itself I think is corrupting youth. They see their parents work long hours and while never giving back to the community, watch shows like "My Super Sweet Sixteen" and "Laguna Beach," and just believe that money is the most important thing.

What is this "corrupting the youth america" nonsense?

You think before prayer was taken out of schools that there were no problems with teenagers? Please.

The youth of america isnt "corrupted". This is a stupid way to look at things. Thousands of years ago Aristotle compained about the youth of his day, he said they were rude, disrespectful, and so on and so forth. People have been saying the exact same things for hundreds of years. So todays youth play video games instead of slaughtering the pig in the farmyard, what does it matter? Its in the nature of teenagers to rebel, but afterwards, the majority of them become adults and repeat the same bullshit about "corrupted youth" that their parents did.

The entertainment industry as a whole is corrupting our kids. The t.v. and movies are full of bad language, sex, and violence to name a few. Magazines convince us we need to be beautiful and sexy to be successful in life. The video games our kids play are violent beyond all imagination. We need to get ourselves and our kids back in church!! We need some good role models to stand up for our kids. We, as parents, need to set a good example for our kids. Does music really have to profane to be enjoyed? Does our profane language make us sound good and intelligent? I could go on and on. You get the picture.

The parents. Many (not all) parents want the schools to be the parents and that can't happen. They are not involved with their children because of work and other things. They either ignore them completly, or they won't allow their children to accept responsibility for anythning that they do.
