I´m sure you already have an idea of things you like to do in your free time, a hobby, a sport, etc. You probably also know what kind of person you are, and whether you like being around people all the time or prefer to do things by yourself. Well, those things (and many others) come into play when you are thinking about a career.

Now, you could start volunteering for an organization, join clubs in school and meet different people and all that exposure will bring possible careers to your attention that you´d never thought about.
I´m sure you have counselors at school, too. So, you can ask for help there. Oh, and don´t forget the library! They have these books (ugh, can´t remember the name) that list all kinds of professions. Ask the librarian.

It´s true that you are very young, but if you are having those doubts now, why not address them? You sound like a very smart girl. Good luck!

Finish high school first, then go to college. Any kind of degree will allow you to earn more money in the working field.

You can get a "general" Associates degree where you don't really need to decide on a major in order to graduate. After you get your 2-year Associates degree, maybe you will have an idea of what career field you might want to go into.

You are only 14 - try not to stress out about this now. Concentrate on finishing high school first and have fun while you are the age 14. It flies by SO fast, enjoy it!

Don't worry about it. I'm 20, in college and I've just found what I want to do with my life. Just do well in school and do what you love to do. You've got plenty of time to figure things out.
