im specificly looking for properties i can reno and re-sell, repossions, daralec's ect.

There are no cheap homes in Edmonton!!!

good luck on that! Edmonton's real estate has sky-rocketed. You might watch the tax sale ads, but even then you're going to have brisk competion because there is a housing shortage there.

depends what you call cheap, one can still find alot of homes under 400 000 if you hunt around
