I think a woman can feel that she's pregnant.. but there's no way to actually TELL if you are. The soonest you're able to actually tell is after the implantation happens (which is normally 6-12 days after fertilization). At that time your body releases a hormone (called hCG) that's only in the body during a pregnancy.

No because it can take up to 2 weeks after conception for the egg to implant itself into the uterus wall.

Sometimes women just know. When I got pregnant with my 2nd child, I knew immediately.. before we'd even gotten dressed.

I knew straight away with each pregnancy.
Some women are more intune with their bodies than others.
