The best trick in the book is to go to a large dollar store chain and get a few pregnancy tests. They are the exact same tests as you find in the doctor's offices and drug stores. When I have a false alarm, I take 3 tests and the result is usually the same.

They can come in a two pack for about $10... you go into the drugstore, buy it, take it home and pee on it.
Other than that you don't need anything else and don't let anyone make you think you need anything else (like ID or parental consent).
If there's someone you can trust, sometimes it's a little easier having a friend with you when you do it...to buy it or to hold your hand while you wait for the result.
And you don't have to explain yourself any further. If you think you might be pregnant, better safe than sorry.

They're about $10, you don't need anything but the $10. Insurance might cover a test at your doctor's.

it's probably around $10. you just walk into a store and buy one.
or some doctor offices do it for free, you just have to make an appointment
