Drink a lot of grape juice, which helps to flush the nicotine from your system and reduce the actual addictive cravings.
If you really want to quit, then make very inconvenient rules for smoking, such as "you can only smoke while standing naked in the shower with only cold water running" or something similar.

I have been smoking for over 50 years now,i started before there were warnings,in the last 25 years i have try everything,i probably spent, i don't know exactly,it's in the thousands,i finally gave up trying,you look up the word addicted,and you'll see a picture of me,i still smoke a pack and a half a day that's never change,the one good thing is no health problems,no shortness of breath,but the xray show that i been smoking my whole life,some people can quit,some like me can't.

I guess you need help to quit smoking, I've never heard it called smiking before but anyway, there are a lot of ways advertised to help but ive found that quiting cold turkey is as easy as anything else. One thing that a friend of mine mentioned got him to quit smoking is called chantix. I looked it up on the internet at: www.chantix.com and it is supposed to make anyone quit but it has to be prescribed by a doctor.

I just quit about a week ago after trying to quit for a long time, anyway I think its all mental I started telling myself they tasted horrible and they would make my fingers, hair and clothes stink. I made my husband and all my friends tell me I stink when I would smoke and I started to feel disgusting when I smoked and I finally gave it up. I feel much better and my mouth doesn't feel nasty anymore. Drink lots of water and keep snacks and gum handy you're going to need it.

Quit Cold Turkey. Chew gum and do an activity you like to get your mind off smoking.

never delt with "smiking" problems before. i heard patches dont work so i'd skip that tho. i heard going cold turkey helps with "sminking" problems mixed with support from a group.

Just rip your cigs and quit!!! No matter what you feel just try not to think about it... If you take any nicotene products youll stay addicted to nicotene and go back to smoking anyway. Cold turkey sucks but in a few months you wont regret it!

Think about all the chemicals u r ingesting when u smoke. Pool cleaner, arsenic, etc. You wouldn't drink the shiz, why smoke it? All that talk makes me need a ciggie....puff....aaah.
