i Started getting some pain there. at random times i get a little sharp pain there. LUckly it hasn't been that bad.. but it's just a new kind of pain and i've heard that people feel kidney pain in their back
I'm 27, is this about the time when people start feeling pains in this areas?

I had that symtoms turns out it was a kidney infection, mainly cuz you dont drink enough fluids such as water. I started to pee blood, so I saw a doctor prescribed antibiotics also, to help I took cranberry juice, distinguish from the kool-aid crap from the real thing.

This could possibly be kidney pain...it is certainly worrisome enough to ask your doctor about. Do you drink plenty of water? You could also add cranberry juice. The acid can clean up some kidney infections. But do ask your doctor about it. I could be wrong.

it is not your kidneys. the kidneys are fairly high up in your back backs are tricky icouldn't begin to guess what it is. try a heating pad . if it gets worse go to a doctor

It could be a kidney stone. You should have an abdominal x-ray (called a KUB), and then you may need a CT (cat scan) or IVP (intravenous pyelogram).

its possible you might have a cold in your kidneys or it may be
some type of infection any case see a doctor, something you don't ignore...

it depends wht side its on... i had pain in my back and they had to remove my gal-bladder... your best choice would be go to your doctors
