You are extremely misguided if you think the first amendment applies only to the Congress of the United States. I do not need to write it, I taught the Bill of Rights when I was a T.A. in grad school. However, I gurantee that you need to read it. When libs burn the flag what case based on what amendment protects you from doing so?

I guess some cannot read between the lines of the question I was trying to ask so I will re-adjust my IQ down for some of you to understand.
I am not talking about Yahoo not being able to set their own rules, of course they can do so, they own this site. I am talking about libs who cry that repubs are destroying the Constitution however, they are the first to limit speech they do not like. Why is that?

People like you that like to flame others for the kicks that they get from the responses are the ones that draw most of the violations.
Some people, even when they feel insulted, would rather not get into the kind of verbal attacks that you're trolling for so they report you. As for myself, if I feel I'm being attacked, I'll counter attack even though I know feeding trolls is not the best way to handle the situation. I've only been on this board two weeks and I've already had my fair share of violations and it ain't been for foul language either.

If you insult other people instead of making a logical argument to convince others that you have a valid point, it is a TOS violation. Please see the post above mine for an example. I never report anyone unless they harass me personally.

The 1st Amendment ONLY applies to the Congress of the United States of America. It ONLY restricts them passing laws. It does not restrict any other person or organization from making laws or rules restricting you. Perhaps you should read it.

The First Amendment prevents government from curtailing your speech. Yahoo isn't run by the government. Yahoo can do anything they want to you and me.
