A shot of liquor about half an hour before you want to go to bed will help relax you. Don't drink it immediately before you want to go to bed, because the sugars in the liquor will just help to keep you up.

Amaretto and milk doesn't sound bad either.

Turkey works best. The tryptophans cause you to get sleepy. Beer works well also.
