it would do no good. if it is a serious matter,contact internal affairs if they can't help,maybe contact the attorney general of your state. don't give your name until you are sure it is safe.

edit. tattoo. since you chose to be personal. don't be so dumb. i have lived in small towns and can tell you some good incidents of corruption and abuse by cops. using the badge to "enforce" personal revenge. not everywhere has an internal affairs. i added that to be nice. i have been a victim of reporting a bad cop. anonymous is the way to go,unless you enjoy harassment.

People do it everyday. "make sure it is safe" is one of the dumbest answers. Police get reported on all the time. I would like to see how many complaints have come in on me. We are used to it. Why, because everyone feels that we were either rude, too abrasive, or whatever. One lady told them I seemed like I was in too much of a hurry. When asked why, she said he didn't talk to me about anything other than the ticket and sent me on my way. Guess I was supposed to whip out the Starbucks or something and see how life was treating her.

of course...but make sure you goto internal affairs....not to that same police station.
