my left eye feeels like there is somehting in it. i wear contact lenses but i took them off and thats when the feeling started

spash your eyes with cold water and put some eye drops. Dont use visine. Those eyedrops suck. Use Refresh Tears

definitely go see a doctor if it persists.
if it turns out to be pink eye...over the counter eye drops can actually make it worse if it turns out to be a viral infection.

GO TO YOUR DOCTOR YOU MIGHT HAVE SOMETHING IN THERE OR YOU MIGHT HAVE A CORNEAL ABRASION
