Describe the color blue in every other sense, other than visually. It feels cold, some times relaxing, calming,make you feel tiered. When you hear it, it may sound sad. It tastes like blue berries or any food you see as blue. It touches like cold.

Describe it in touch, smell, hearing, and taste. Everythink but sight. Most blind are not dumb, they do not have a mental illness.
The human race is the most adaptable spieces on earth.

Same way you describe other colors.....If they understand the concept of nother color then they will understand the color blue. But this is impossible since the have no recollection of any color which makes it impossible to describe the color. Describe the color purple by showing them the movie.

I would describe blue by blowing cool air on there face or lightly placing ice on their fingertips. Or maybe playing a song with a soft mellow melody.
