so yeah i need some ideas on like calming myself or to be unstrssed please tell me some suggestions other than concining it does not work

if u are that stressed find someone that you feel comfortable with and talk with them, they can help you out mentally physically and emotionally. they can help you with your priorities and such. i tend to get over stressed for no reason, im 19 and have been like that ever since i can remember. just remember you are 14 you have your whole life ahead of you and you have people that are willing to help you through it.

I'm 14 as well and I know what you mean. Try reading, writing, taking a walk, running, etc..Anything where you can be alone and clear your mind. Personally I like reading and writing. Try reading any of the books by Sarah Dessen or Nicholas Sparks, they're great. If you are very mature for your age, try reading Something Borrowed by Emily Griffin, it's great. Or if you like fantasy books try His Dark Materials Trilogy by Philip Pullman..I know you weren't asking for book suggestions, but reading really helps me to relax.

Also, if you have time, try taking a bath about once or twice a month. It's very relaxing. Dim the lights and just relax.

If in the moment of stress you can't escape and get away to be by yourself then just turn your head, take a deep breath, think of something positive, and return to whatever it is you must get done.

I'm 14 as well and something that always helps me to calm down is writing. It could be poetry, a short story anything. If you don't like writing you could try listening to music, its simple and not strenuous. Another suggestion is yoga, you get a good exercise and its extremely relaxing.

Meditation can help you de-stress. It is very easy to do and I always feel so calm and centered afterward. Have you talked to your parents or anyone?

hey! im 15 and when i have sports, friend problems, and big homework assignments all at once..i completely understand! just try to organize yourself and set aside some time where you can just take a long bath or shower..or just sit outside and listen to stuff..lol...idk...thats just what i would do!

I'm also 14 and very stressed but i got a massage an aroma theropy and it help alot..

Try to do some sort of exercise, i find that it can help make a difference.
