Did you just see 60 Minutes where the parents of the falsely accused Duke students slammed the accuser, District Attorney Nifong and the Duke University President. It was compelling in my opinion. I think the accuser and Nifong should do time for making and pursing false felony charges that were so obviously a lie to anyone with even the slightest amount of life experiences--what say you?

She needs to be charged with filing a false police report. The DA needs disbarred. The city needs to be sued for malicious prosecution. The university needs to make a public apology to those boys. The guys need to get a book deal and we will forget about this in about 6 months is that long. Sperm from five men and she said she hadn't had sex in a week. Maybe she should get free soap and water.

I just read your response to the "Duke Fiasco" question and think it deserves reposting here. It was right on point for me.

"I agree 100%. As a guy with life experiences, I can tell you exactly what happened at that party even though I wasn't there. Any guy who has ever been to frat parties, bachelor parties, sports' team parties, where strippers/hookers are present, also knows exactly what happened.

First, despite the claims that these students are "rich", it is there parents who are rich. As such, the students decided to hire a few strippers/hookers on the cheap--their only bad judgment and something entirely different than committing a felony that can land you in jail for 30 years to life. The women were likely paid half of their money up front, and were to receive the other half after they completed "dancing". After they began their "routine" which probably included some bi-sexual relations between the two girls, some of the guys (there's always a few of them) probably got really rowdy/boisterious and it was even too much for these strippers/hookers to take--again, something far different than a felony. One or both of the women likely decided that they were going to leave and demanded the balance of their payment. The guys refused to pay them the balance of the money because they didn't dance for the agreed upon time. The women were angry, the guys were angy, and they exchanged insults. That's where the party ended and the real crime begins.

Later that night, it was reported that the accuser was found drunk off her azz in a stranger's car. The police came. She was already on probation and this drunken activity was likely to land her in jail. So, like any non-self-respecting harlot, she needed a quick excuse to get out of trouble. Still pissed off at not being paid her money, she decided to cry rape. Then, some lackey D.A. who is up for election and desperately needs the black vote blows the whole thing out of proportion. As it turns out, of course, that's exactly what happened because they found the nut of 5 different guys inside this woman (none of which belonged to the Duke students). Why did she have the nut of 5 different guys in her? The reason is because like any girl who does these sorts of parties, she wasn't only a stripper but a hooker too. Believe me when I tell you--when you hire cheap skanks like these two "women" they are ALWAYS, and I repeat ALWAYS willing to also have sex for money at these parties. I've seen it happen AT LEAST 10 times in my life and everyone who has ever been there knows the deal. That's why I knew this case was a complete sham and fraud from the minute I heard about it.

Get some life experiences America. You should be outraged by this complete and utter bullsh*t. END OF FVCKING STORY."

'relatives violence and baby endangerment' - you omitted that she turned right into a sufferer of poverty back in that!! Poverty isn't a sufferer status as such - at the same time as it would want to be the direct reason behind some issues, alongside with stealing nutrition etc - there is not any justification for pretend expenditures to objective to make money - she ought to were charged with fraud! 'you're goin' down - fraud's a Federal rap, Mikey - and also you will get the chair - 'n i do not propose the chair strengthen at Aspen!' . nicely, slightly severe, yet... Yes, however Nifong will never go to jail. He will be disbarred and lose his pention which is what he is counting on from the city where he was elected as District Attorney. He wanted to be re elected so that his last three years would get him his pension!

I think the case should be dropped...it's become a bad, tasteless joke.

Nifong is having to appear before the NC Bar Association....I hope he loses his licence!

As for her....kind of reminds me of the Kobe Bryant case. As you remember his accuser also had "additional" sperm in her panties(case basically fell apart after that).

Oh and now she says she can't remember if a rape actually took place?????

Ewwwww....either they don't shower or they don't change their underwear in between men...regardless... it's friggin gross.

Horrible incident for all involved.

i say it's enough that Nifong stepped down.
anybody with common sense can understand that the woman accusing is being dishonest with the case and hiding behind her privacy rights from being "raped." true, she wasted a lot of government money to defend her and that she wasted probably tens of thousands of dollars of the lax players money on lawyers, but jailing her would only cost the government more money.
community service, maybe....

I'd wait til the end. Now we see why people should be considered innocent until proven guilty. Popular opinion and the press shouldn't determine who's guilty.
