China is currently a superpower. They are going to have to help the U.S. soon at the rate they are going. Their cities are thriving and growing at a rate unsurpassed in their history. They may have the largest population but they are not in the economic woes they were once in. Not truly a communist country anymore. One billion plus capitalist-loving Chinese people.

The Chinese people have demonstrated historically by their hard work and commitment to higher values, that they can succeed without other people interfiring in their affairs. That is a great asset that is more valuable that all the foreing aid in the world.
Just see Iraq, they are getting billons every year, and just watch the news. Nothing can beat commitment and dedication on an organized society,
