Check below at Brilliant Amsterdam (first link). Gassan is the biggest I think. I have added a like to their site. Although I live in Amsterdam, I have never been there. Many tourists did. I hear it's a nice tourist visit!

KUNALSC is right. But for trading and cutting diamonds, you have to go to Antwerp (top of diamondworld). So take a train in Amsterdam, it will bring you in 2 hours to Antwerp central station (where the diamond center is located btw).

diamond factories can be anywhere, but the leading cutting centres are in india and israel.
